Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we usually deliver within 1–3 working days.
Everything is sent in a mailbox box, so you do not need to be at home. We send via PostNL and DHL
Shipping is free for orders over €50; below that, we charge a small fee for postage.
Yes, we ship within the EU. The delivery time may then be slightly longer.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, exchanges are free and can be made within 30 days for a different size or color (provided it is in stock).
Yes, within 30 days after receipt, provided unworn and in original packaging.
Register your return on the website and state the reason.

No, we work with whole ring sizes. Due to the sturdy 316L steel, it is not possible to make half sizes or adjust the ring.

No, stainless steel cannot be resized. The advantage is that the material is strong, colorfast, and wear-resistant.
That varies slightly per design, but size M usually fits a wrist circumference of 15 to 18 cm.
