About My Bendel

I am Yvette, the face behind My Bendel.

My Bendel was born from a passion for fashion and entrepreneurship. Through my international studies and my experiences abroad, I knew early on that I wanted to become an entrepreneur. After eight years of selling men's shirts, I wanted to do something in women's fashion.

 

Every woman needs jewelry. I found that there were many similar types of jewelry on the market and I could never really find jewelry that suited me, that's where My Bendel came from. A brand that distinguishes itself through design, good price quality and use of color through (gem)stones. In My Bendel I can express everything, my passion for entrepreneurship, traveling, creativity and fashion. I love traveling and other cultures and get a lot of inspiration for the collections from there. How special is it that women worldwide identify themselves by their own style, culture, and by means of colors. We work a lot with gemstones and natural materials and these come from all over the world.

 

In the meantime, for 7 years, My Bendel has been an enormous journey. I believe that if you believe in yourself and persevere, you are already halfway there. With ups and downs, but it was and still is the most beautiful journey I have ever made.

 

What started with a focus on stores, quickly grew into a successful webshop and a network of more than 190 points of sale. From our office and warehouse in Capelle aan den IJssel, a passionate team works every day with pleasure on the success of My Bendel. In addition, we have two enthusiastic representatives who are on the road every day to visit our stores. They offer support, think along and know how to inspire and motivate others with their enthusiasm. In this way, we build a strong brand together and a close collaboration with our points of sale.

 

Almost all jewelry is still designed by me. That's why you always recognize the characteristic style: stylish, playful and unique - in other words, a real My Bendel touch.

 

We have an incredibly large and beautiful collection and for that there is a choice for every woman for a beautiful piece of jewelry that makes her happy and proud. In recent years I have been able to speak to so many women who have bought a My Bendel piece of jewelry for a special reason and that is the reason why I am so happy with the jewelry designs.

My goal is that My Bendel jewelry gives a happy feeling, adds a bit of color to someone's life in whatever way and leaves a meaning.
