Warranty
At My Bendel we carefully select the most beautiful materials and assemble our jewelry by hand.
We offer a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects, discolouration and stone loss.
Within this period your purchase will be replaced free of charge or you will receive a credit note.
Please note: A voucher cannot be exchanged for money. When you return an order that was (partially) paid for with a gift card, you will receive a new voucher.
How do you file a warranty claim?
Send us an email with a photo of the problem and a copy of your purchase invoice. We will then contact you to offer a suitable solution.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Breakage, unless it is a demonstrable production error.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or incorrect treatment.
- Discoloration due to contact with water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
- Repairs carried out elsewhere – in this case the warranty will be void.
Maintenance and usage tips
Do you want to enjoy your My Bendel jewelry for as long as possible? Then follow these maintenance tips:
- Remove your jewelry before exercising, doing housework, sleeping or showering.
- Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, cleaning agents and chlorine in swimming pools.
- Clean your jewelry with a dry cloth.
Important warning
A My Bendel jewel is not suitable for children under 60 months due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
My Bendel jewelry is not a toy, keep it away from babies and young children.
