Warranty

At My Bendel, we carefully select the finest materials and assemble our jewelry by hand.
We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, discoloration, and loss of stones.
Within this period, your purchase will be replaced free of charge or you will receive a voucher. 

How do you submit a warranty claim? 
Send us an email with a photo of the issue and a copy of your purchase receipt. We will then contact you to provide a suitable solution.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Breakage, unless it concerns a proven manufacturing defect.
  • Damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or incorrect handling.
  • Discoloration due to contact with water, perfume, soap, lotion, or hair spray.
  • Repairs carried out elsewhere – in that case, the warranty becomes void.

Tips for care and use
Do you want to enjoy your My Bendel jewelry for as long as possible? Then follow these care tips:

  • Remove your jewelry before exercising, doing household chores, sleeping, or showering.
  • Avoid contact with chemical substances, such as perfume, cleaning agents, and chlorine in swimming pools.
  • Clean your jewelry with a dry cloth.

Important warning
A My Bendel piece of jewelry is not suitable for children under 60 months due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
My Bendel jewelry is not a toy; keep it out of reach of babies and young children.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, our website, or our service, please contact our customer service.

Note: A voucher cannot be exchanged for money. When you return an order that was (partly) paid with a gift card, you will receive a new voucher.
