Legal warranty
All My Bendel products are subject to the legal warranty. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The warranties offered by My Bendel do not affect the intended legal regulation and can be invoked alongside the law.

Additional warranty
Besides the legal warranty, you get 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects at My Bendel. My Bendel provides 12 months warranty on the (rose) gold jewelry that is provided with an ION plating. 

To claim the My Bendel warranty, send the jewelry back to My Bendel with the proof of purchase. If a complaint or defect falls within the warranty, it will be replaced by My Bendel. If the product is no longer in our assortment, you will receive a voucher or we will refund the money. If you are unsure whether the defect falls under the warranty conditions, you can contact the My Bendel customer service via info@mybendel-b2b.com. 

* Not covered by the warranty:

  • Breakage (unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect).
  • Wear and tear (underside of rings)
  • Damage due to improper use or incorrect treatment.

 Tips:

  • Remove jewelry during sports, swimming, and showering.
  • Use perfume, body lotion, etc. first: then put on jewelry.

Warning
Jewelry is not suitable for children younger than 60 months due to small parts that pose a choking hazard. Jewelry is not a toy, so keep it out of reach of babies and children!

Complaints
If your customer has a complaint about an item, you or your customer can take a photo of the product, the invoice, and the warranty proof and email it to info@mybendel-b2b.com. After receiving the complaint, you will receive a confirmation by email so you know that we have received the complaint in good order and will start working on it. We will, provided the complaint is justified, ensure a quick and correct solution. We try to provide you with a suitable solution within three working days.
