After we have received payment for the order, the package will be shipped to you within 2 working days, provided it is in stock. My Bendel Retail uses the transport services of DHL Parcel and Post NL. For orders over €150.00 net order value excluding VAT, the shipping costs are covered by My Bendel Retail. The minimum order value is €50.00 excluding VAT.

As a rule, the package is delivered the next working day after the day of shipment to the address you provided. For delivery addresses outside the Netherlands, orders may take a few days longer in transit. 

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will usually be offered to the neighbors. The DHL employee will ensure that you receive a notification stating at which house number the package has been delivered. If delivery to the neighbors is not possible or not desired, the package will be offered a second time at a later date. For more information about delivery times, you can visit DHL Parcel.
 

The right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

During this period, you can do what is reasonably necessary with the product to assess it. It is allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You may remove the product from the packaging unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for that. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product. 

If you have ordered multiple goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the last product or part.

At the moment you have agreed with us on a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you physically receives the first product.

When returning goods, you must always mention:

  • The order or invoice number
  • The product number
  • Quantities per product

Refund

In case of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, excluding delivery costs for the outbound shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless you agree on a different method with us. You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
