Placing an order at My Bendel is possible 24/7 and is easy, fast and safe. For questions about your order you can reach us on working days between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
When you register as a customer you can always view your orders later and avoid entering your details every time. If you aren't intrested in these options, you can of course also order without registering.
Place your order
Once you have chosen a jewlery piece from our website, you can place it in the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart to complete the order. Check your order and click on 'complete order.'
You can cancel your order free of charge until your order has been shipped. Do you want to cancel the order? Call us directly before 16:00 on the day of ordering via +31 (0) 10 767 0042.
Have you paid yet? Then the payment will be returned to your account within 5 working days. If you cancel an order that has been paid with AfterPay, we will remove the giro collection form and you will not receive an invoice.
Has your order already been shipped? Then only you can return your order. For more information, see returns.
If you order your jewelry on working days before 16:00 and it is in stock, we will ship your order the same day. In 99% of the cases, you will receive your order within 2-4 days, depends on your location.
If you place an order during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following Monday. No orders are shipped on national holidays, they are shipped the next working day. Note: PostNL does not deliver (letterbox) packages on Sundays and Mondays.
Many products are packaged so that they fit through the letterbox, so you don't have to stay at home for them. It's that easy. For shipping and returns.
