SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our orders are shipped by PostNL. All orders go through the letterbox so you don't have to stay at home! Shipping costs are €4.50.
You will always receive a confirmation of your order and you will also receive a message when your jewelry has been shipped.
If you do not receive your order within 5 full working days, something has gone wrong. Please contact our customer service so that we can trace your shipment: [email protected] or call +31 (0) 10 767 00 42.
Exchange and return
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, call: 010-7670042, send an email or by app to: 06-15934480.
We are sorry that you do not like your jewelry. Returns are only possible when the item has not been worn. Size fittings are allowed. If the article is damaged or used, My Bendel has the right to charge a reduction in value for this. After you have indicated that you want to return the jewelry, you must send the jewelry within 14 days.
What should you do?
Your money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the jewelry.
We will refund you using the same payment method.
You can send your package through the local post office. Please note that shipping costs for international returns are solely your responsibility.
Hygiene-sensitive products (such as earrings) of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
The jewelry may not have been worn, only size fittings are allowed.
