My Bendel provides a whopping 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects, discolouration and stones falling out. Within this period, your purchase will be replaced free of charge, or you will receive a credit note.

You cannot exchange a voucher for cash. Good to know: When you return an order where the payment was (partly) made with a gift card, you will receive a new voucher for it.

Please send us an e-mail (with photo) and your purchase invoice so that we can deal with your complaint. We will then contact you on how to resolve it.
