Guarantee

We take great care in selecting the finest materials and the jewellery is assembled by hand with the greatest care. My Bendel provides a whopping 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects, discolouration and stones falling out. Within this period, your purchase will be replaced free of charge, or you will receive a credit note.

You cannot exchange a voucher for cash. Good to know: When you return an order where the payment was (partly) made with a gift card, you will receive a new voucher for it.

Please send us an e-mail (with photo) and your purchase invoice so that we can deal with your complaint. We will then contact you on how to resolve it.

As you understand, wear marks and improper use are never covered by any kind of warranty.

Out of warranty is:

• Breakage, unless it is a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
• Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper use or handling.
• Discolouration due to the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray.
• We do not reimburse costs when repairs are carried out elsewhere. The warranty will then lapse.

To enjoy your My Bendel jewellery for a long time, it is important to treat it with care. My Bendel jewellery is made of beautiful materials, but it is still a piece of jewellery. So always be careful with it.

Important tips for proper maintenance of and rules for using your My Bendel jewellery:

• Take the jewellery off before exercising, doing housework or other rough work and when sleeping or showering.
• Avoid contact between the jewellery and chemical agents, such as perfume, detergents and agents found in swimming pools.
• Clean your jewellery with a dry cloth.

Warning
A My Bendel piece of jewellery is not suitable for children under 60 months due to the small parts that pose a choking hazard. A My Bendel piece of jewellery is not a toy, so keep it away from babies and children!
